1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ubaid Automation's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Services Description
Ubaid Automation provides AI agent deployment and management services, including but not limited to: AI Chat Agents, AI Voice Agents, AI Calling Agents, and AI Automation Workflows.
All services are custom-configured for each client's specific business requirements and are delivered as a managed service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). For monthly plans, billing occurs on the same date each month. For annual plans, billing occurs once per year.
Pay-As-You-Go services are billed monthly based on actual usage. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Annual plans are non-refundable once purchased but may be paused upon written request. Contact us at hello@ubaidautomation.com to initiate a cancellation or pause.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ubaid Automation's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
6. Intellectual Property
All AI agents, workflows, and systems built by Ubaid Automation remain the intellectual property of Ubaid Automation until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered solution.
You retain ownership of all your business data and content provided to train the AI agents.
